Second book selection

Our second book selection is The Orphan Keeper by Camron Wright. Thanks Jen for selecting the next meeting's book and purchasing enough copies for everyone. First Book Club Meeting

Our very first book club meeting was held on Tuesday, October 11th. After two months of reading, we met to discuss the novel The Book Thief, by Markus Zusak. We appreciate Jessica for opening her home for our first meeting. Melissa chose this first book. It was a great discussion about life during World War II and the hardships that both the Jewish and German people had to endure.

Due to the busy schedules of everyone, we have decided to meet every other month in order to give us plenty of time to read each selection. Whomever selects the title for the next book, will also be in charge of selection a date and location for the upcoming meeting where we meet to discuss it.
